When you book an appointment, we receive your name, your email address, optionally your phone number, your details and your note, as well as the type of appointment, time and language you chose. We need them to hold the appointment, to send you the confirmation, the reminder and any changes, and to deal with your enquiry. So that we can reach you after the appointment, we also keep the details in our customer system. We do not sell any data and do not send you advertising because of it.
We keep appointments in Google Calendar; video calls run on Google Meet. The provider is Google (Google Ireland Limited, Ireland, with its parent company Google LLC, USA). Data may therefore also be processed in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the Federal Council has recognised as adequate.
This page is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., Cyprus; the servers are located in Frankfurt am Main, Germany (EU). When a page is requested, the server logs technical data such as the page requested, the time, the browser and the IP address. To prevent fake appointments from being entered in bulk, we briefly count requests per IP address. We send confirmations from our own sender address.
This page sets no cookies, does not count visits and loads no advertising. The Outfit font is stored on our own server; this page does not load fonts from third-party servers.
We keep the details for as long as we need them for the appointment and your enquiry, and beyond that only where the law requires it (for example for an order). On request, we delete them sooner.
You can request information about your data, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. An informal message to info@pixify.ch is enough. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
